General information
Orders are processed every working day from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped on the following working day.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
If there is no one at the indicated address at the time of delivery and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer to find an alternative solution. If, after this alternative solution, the package still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our facilities, and once received, the refund for the product(s) will be processed.
If, once the order has been shipped and out for delivery within the indicated timeframe, the customer rejects the package, they must assume and will be held responsible for all costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
Under no circumstances shall LOZANÍA BRAND be held responsible for any possible customs handling costs or taxes derived from them.
