How do I know my size?

I have received a wrong or faulty order, what should I do?

Write to us at hola@lozaniabrand.com explaining your case. We will contact you to collect your order and send it back to you correctly. We assume the costs of collection and shipping.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay for your order by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Bizum.

All orders over 149€ have free shipping.

How long do deliveries take?

How can I see where my order is going?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from the transport agency with the tracking number so that you can see when you will receive your order.

Do you return the money?

Are returns free of charge?

Can I request an exchange of the size of my order?

To request a change of size you must enter the following link https://returns.itsrever.com/lozaniabrand and select the garment you want to exchange and the size you need. We will pick it up at your home and deliver the new size.
